To back up our belief in the brands we support we're happy to provide a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects with intended usage in mind. Jewellery will not rust or tarnish, gemstones won't fall out their settings and threadings won't strip or else you can rest assured we will replace your item. Just contact us with your order number and we'll help you out.
The process would involve giving us a description of the problem so that we can either help you remotely or request you send the jewellery in for review. If there was indeed a natural fault, we would immediately order a replacement from the manufacturer and send it to you on arrival at the cost of postage. Alternatively, you could pick it up for free at our studio.
